Train to Gain

The regional Train to Gain programme is now up and running and SEEDA are continuing to work with the South East Business Links, the LSC, the Sector Skills Development Agency and Quality South East to deliver an integrated regional brokerage service.

This is a regional approach to supporting the workforce development needs of businesses across the South East through the provision of skills and broader business support packages.

The Brokerage Model will benefit employers by bringing greater clarity and entry for businesses to both skills and business support structures. It will facilitate an employer-led system of skills delivery.
