Framework for Regional Employment and Skills Action South East

The first Framework for Employment and Skills Action (FRESA) for the South East region sets out a collaborative approach to gear the regional labour market to the achievement of the sustainable economic and social objectives identified in the Regional Economic Strategy (RES).

The FRESA consists of various key documents: FRESA Part 1 - Introduction & Action Plan, FRESA Part 2 - Background and Development and FRESA Part 3 - Labour Market Intelligence made up of three associated labour market analysis: Skills Review Update 2002, Annual Skills Review March 2002 and Regional Economic Strategy.

Framework for Regional Employment and Skills Action Guidance Document

This document sets out the regional template for the development of the Framework for Regional Employment and Skills Action (FRESA). The document outlines the key principals and objectives of the FRESA and a step by step guide to developing a FRESA. A regional forum will be set up to facilitate this process. Membership of this will be posted in due course.
