Hertfordshire's public art catalogue

 All the publicly-owned oil paintings in Hertfordshire – more than 1,500 paintings in total - have been brought together in one volume for the first time. The Public Catalogue Foundation, of which SEEDA Chairman James Brathwaite is a trustee, has now published a stunning new catalogue drawing from more than 40 collections across the county and which provide a fascinating insight into Hertfordshire’s cultural heritage.
