Bracknell IT Company Wins Seeda Business Award

7 March 2008

Solsis, from Bracknell, has won the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) Business Award for Business Growth Award sponsored by Business Link.

Incorporated in 1996, Solsis has twice appeared in the Sunday Times Top 100 Fastest Growing UK companies and was listed in The Top 250 UK ICT resellers three years running by Channel Business Magazine. The judges found that Solsis was an exceptional company with respect to customer service – 95% of customers renew their contracts annually.

The winners were announced at the SEEDA Business Awards final on 6 March, Ascot racecourse, where Digby, Lord Jones, Minister for Trade & Investment, gave the keynote speech. The Awards attracted more than 300 entrants.
Digby, Lord Jones, said: "The South East contains some of the country’s most exceptional businesses and these awards are a great way of recognising the region’s achievements. I am particularly delighted these awards have been designed to recognise sustainability as I firmly believe that business must constantly think about its place in this changing world if it wants to be truly successful."
