The Leadership & Management Advisory Service (LMAS) offers flexible support to SME business leaders across the South East in the shape of a skills diagnostic and a training grant.
The LMAS is available to any small & medium-sized enterprise based in the South East of England with between 5 and 249 employees. The programme is aimed at supporting business leaders to develop their management skills and capabilities through the identification of training solutions.
LMAS will support your business through identifying the key leadership skills which need improving and assist you in identifying support in implementing this change. The programme will also contribute with a grant of up to £1,000 toward the cost of this additional support.
