Contact: Michael Green / Simon Keefe SEEDA, on behalf of its Cowes Waterfront partners (English Partnerships, the Isle of Wight Council and the Isle of Wight Economic Partnership), has acquired land and premises at Trinity Wharf, East Cowes on the Isle of Wight. Acquired as part of the East Cowes Project, the land and premises will be used in the longer term to facilitate the delivery of the masterplan for the town centre and waterfront. In the interim, the buildings are being let to tenants which include Datum Electronics Ltd, Radiation Watch and Netguides Ltd. The acquisition of the former Trinity House Depot marks another step forward in the regeneration of East Cowes. By acquiring this strategic site in the heart of East Cowes, SEEDA will ensure optimum use of the land and that the highest quality development is delivered. By bringing these premises back into productive use, the Agency will facilitate expansion, create jobs and secure investment to the town. Key Partners
